Trust

Know the boundary before the work begins.

Security depends on the particular service, product, data, and people involved. Use this page to prepare a focused review with LUCA. It is not a claim that every LUCA workflow has the same controls, or that visiting a product page grants access to that product.

Four questions to settle.

01

Data boundary

Which information is needed for the job, who owns it, and which systems will receive it? Keep patient records, credentials, and account tokens out of public inquiry forms and ordinary email.

02

Access and retention

Who will be granted access, how is it removed, where will the work be stored, and what happens to copies when the engagement ends? Ask for answers specific to the service and systems in scope.

03

Security evidence

Ask which encryption, logging, backup, incident, and subcontractor controls apply to the proposed workflow. Request current evidence rather than assuming a site-wide certification or guarantee.

04

Healthcare handoff

If regulated health information is involved, establish the applicable agreement, permitted workflow, and approved transfer path before any records are exchanged. A sales inquiry is not a clinical intake channel.

Start with the right scope.

A staffed Technology or medical billing engagement is different from a NEXUS software product. Tell us which work you are considering and ask for the evidence and terms that apply to that work. A public inquiry does not authorize patient-data transfer, product access, or an agreement.

Request a review.
