NEXUS OS / Sites

A website should carry the whole customer journey.

NEXUS Sites is LUCA's website-platform product direction. Start by mapping how a buyer finds the right page, understands the offer, makes contact, and reaches the team that owns the next step. Evaluate the product separately from a custom site built and run for you.

The buyer's work

Four decisions before the platform.

These are evaluation questions, not a list of currently released NEXUS Sites modules or a promise of search ranking.

  1. 01

    Who is the site for?

Name each buyer, the question that brings them here, and the action they should be able to take. A service page should answer a different question from a product page or a careers page.

Ask for: An audience-and-page map with a named content owner.

  2. 02

    What must survive a launch?

Inventory existing URLs, useful content, domain access, search visibility, forms, and third-party connections before replacing a site. Agree on what stays, changes, or retires.

Ask for: A URL disposition, launch checklist, and rollback owner.

  3. 03

    Who owns the inquiry?

A working form is more than a success message. Decide what information is needed, where it goes, who receives it, and how failed delivery is found and corrected.

Ask for: An intake owner, delivery receipt, and privacy boundary.

  4. 04

    What happens after launch?

Agree on the owner of the domain, code, content, hosting, accessibility, performance, and updates. Establish what the customer can take away if the relationship ends.

Ask for: An operating and exit handoff, with separately agreed service terms.

Two different ways to buy

Product evaluation or custom delivery?

NEXUS Sites is the managed website-product path, by request. Start a project to agree on the scope and confirm requested capabilities; this page does not activate a subscription or reserve an implementation date.

Website Delivery is LUCA's separately scoped service to design, build, and host a custom site, with optional ongoing care. It is the path for a buyer who needs LUCA to deliver a site now.

Neither path guarantees search position, lead volume, uninterrupted uptime, or an integration that has not been tested and agreed in writing.

First conversation

Bring one customer journey.

Tell us who needs the site, what they must do there, and what happens after they make contact. We can scope a product-fit discussion without asking you to send credentials, customer lists, or confidential documents through a public form.

Useful context to bring

  • Existing site and the pages buyers use most
  • The service, location, or audience that needs a clearer path
  • The person who owns copy, inquiries, and publication approval
  • Required integrations and the data each may receive
