Program Description

LUCA LLC ("LUCA," "we," "us," or "our") uses these terms for service-related messages where you have separately enrolled in a LUCA SMS program. Providing a phone number in a website inquiry does not enroll you in SMS or authorize marketing texts. An SMS offer must identify its purpose and obtain the applicable consent before enrollment. This website does not offer an SMS signup or promise that SMS is available for every service or product.

Message Frequency

For an enrolled program, message frequency depends on its disclosed purpose and your service activity. Review the frequency notice supplied with that program before opting in. No monthly message allowance is promised by a website inquiry.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of LUCA SMS communications at any time using one of the following methods:

  • •Reply STOP to any LUCA SMS message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LUCA LLC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by carrier outages, incorrect phone numbers, or device incompatibilities.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. LUCA LLC does not charge separately for SMS delivery; however, your carrier may charge for data or text messages depending on your plan.

Privacy
