NEXUS OS / FIRMA

One owner. Separate businesses. Clear records.

FIRMA is the NEXUS financial-operations product for teams working across companies. Start with the entity and the decisions behind each customer journey. A common owner is not a reason to mix customers, invoices, or books.

Choose a plan for your number of legal entities and review its price and trial terms on FIRMA before creating an account. This link opens the plan chooser; it does not start a subscription.

The buyer's work

Three decisions before the software.

Use these as discovery questions, not a list of currently released FIRMA features. Each company and workflow must be scoped against its own records and approval rights.

  1. 01

    Which entity owns the work?

Name the contracting company, its customer record, the account that receives payment, and the person who owns its books. A shared owner or sign-in should not silently combine separate businesses.

Ask: Can your team trace an inquiry, approved scope, invoice, and receipt to the correct entity?

  2. 02

    Who approves the next step?

Map the decision points between a proposal, a signed agreement, an invoice, a posted entry, and a payment. Identify the human who may approve each step and the evidence they need before it happens.

Ask: Which action must wait for approval, and where is that decision recorded?

  3. 03

    Where does the handoff break?

Follow one de-identified customer journey from first request to reconciliation. Separate a missing record, a duplicate contact, an unowned exception, and a late follow-up; they require different fixes.

Ask: What is the first exception your team cannot see in one place today?

Keep the boundary

A product is not your bookkeeper.

FIRMA is a software product direction. Your finance team retains control of the books and close; qualified tax and legal advisors determine the treatment that applies to your business. Confirm the right entity and tax identifier from your own governing records and advisors—a shared owner does not decide it for you.

FIRMA Scheduling and other connected modules are not promised here as live customer features. A request through this site does not reserve a calendar slot, send a proposal, sign a contract, post a journal entry, or move money.

For general recordkeeping context, see the IRS guide to business records (opens in a new tab). This page does not give tax or legal advice.
