Corporate film, live production, and event stills are different jobs. Tell us what your Omaha program needs to show, who needs to see it, and what must survive after the date. We will scope the right crew and outputs with you.
Define the story, interview windows, approval owner, and the cuts you need for the website, internal channels, or a campaign. The finished film is a separate deliverable from a live program feed.
Map the run of show, camera positions, house-audio feed, network test, graphics, recording, and the handoff between LUCA and venue AV before the event day.
List the moments that matter, simultaneous rooms, intended uses, and when selections are needed. Photography can stand alone; it does not require a LUCA film or broadcast booking.
Omaha programs may use hotel meeting rooms, convention space, or a company site. We do not assume a venue relationship or that its house systems are included in LUCA's scope. These four answers make the first production conversation useful.
01
Which spaces are in the program?
One ballroom, concurrent breakout rooms, and separate venues call for different camera and stills coverage. Share the schedule and floor plan when you have them.
02
Who owns the room systems?
Name the venue or house-AV contact for audio feeds, projection, camera positions, cable paths, power, and any load-in rules. LUCA's camera and broadcast scope must meet that team at a defined handoff.
03
What needs to leave the room?
A stream, a clean recording, a recap film, selected photographs, and sponsor assets are different outputs. Name the audience, usage, format, and delivery window for each.
04
What cannot fail on the day?
For a live program, identify the platform, connection owner, test window, cue caller, and recording plan. We scope those dependencies before promising a show plan.
Omaha production questions
What is—and is not—in the brief.
Do you have an Omaha office or studio?
This page describes production work for Omaha events; it does not claim an Omaha office or studio. Tell us the venue and date, and we will confirm the crew, travel, and equipment scope in the quote.
Can we book photography without a film or livestream?
Yes. Corporate event stills can be scoped on their own. Share the program, priority people and moments, simultaneous rooms, intended uses, and selection deadline.
Does a live broadcast include venue audio and staging?
Not automatically. The show brief identifies what the venue or its AV partner supplies and what LUCA supplies. Audio feeds, stage displays, graphics, network access, and recording are agreed before production.
Can one event produce a stream, a film, and stills?
It can be planned as one coordinated production with separate deliverables and crew positions. Tell us which outputs matter and when each must be ready; we will scope the handoffs rather than assume one camera covers every job.
Start with the date
Tell us what the audience needs to take away.
Share the date, venue or city, program outline, deliverables, and who will approve them. We will confirm availability and quote the actual scope; no booking is implied by an inquiry.
